Student Kidnapped in Kalburgi

A PUC student has been abducted in a bicycle case and accused of abducting a PUC student.

PUC science student Santosh Chahwan (17) has been abducted while on tuition.

Santosh, a resident of Kalaburagi Shahaba Road Mata Manikeshwari Colony, had bought a bicycle for three thousand rupees at his friend's house to drive to a representative college and home. When the same bicycle was taken to college, it was found to be a stolen bicycle.

Yesterday, a friend of the bicycle came to college claiming that a friend had stolen and sold a bicycle. The bustle had then gone off the bicycle. The principal of the college then left Santosh.

He was abducted from the city of Mata Manikeshwari on his way to Rajapur and was later summoned to his brother by Santosh number. I heard Santosh begging me not to do anything. After this his mobile is switched off.

Family members say he was abducted while going to tuition in the evening. A case has been registered at the university police station.
